Are you an existing Flexirent customer?

As an existing customer, your end of term options under your rental agreement are:

  • Transfer of Ownership

    You can make an offer to purchase the equipment at a fair market value plus any remaining monthly rental repayment(s) up to 30 days prior to the end of your rental agreement. If so, our Customer Support Agents will be available to discuss this option with you. Please be advised the decision to accept your offer remains at the discretion of Flexirent.

  • Return of Equipment

    You can return the equipment to us at the end of the agreed rental agreement subject to the guidelines outlined in steps 1 – 3 below.

    Next steps for Return of Equipment*

    1. You must contact our Customer Support Agents to agree the arrangements for the equipment to be returned. If the equipment is being returned to a store, please ensure a return receipt is provided by the store and retain this for your own records.
    2. Once the return method has been agreed and equipment including DVD’s, CD’s and manuals are received, they will be examined by a Flexirent Representative / Technician to ensure they are in the same condition that they were originally delivered to you except for normal fair wear and tear.
    3. Once the equipment is returned in the expected condition, your account will be deemed settled in full. Please ensure all personal data is removed from software not specified in the signature page of your rental agreement. We expressly deny any liability arising from your failure to remove such information and you will be required to pay for the cost to remove this information before your account can be settled.

    *If the equipment is not received in the condition as outlined above, you will be required to pay your monthly rental payment until a settlement amount has been agreed to close the account.

Flexi Fi Logo Reverted ByeFlexirent has decided to cease offering the Flexirent product. We now have a new alternative product called Flexi-Fi. Flexi-Fi is a retail instalment payment plan offering consumers an easy alternative to paying with cash or credit card for goods.

Flexi-Fi is a 100% digital product allowing consumers to apply online using any mobile device and receive a decision in minutes.

If approved for Flexi-Fi, consumers can then use this approval to make purchases across multiple Flexi-Fi Partner Stores.
