As an existing customer, your end of term options under your rental agreement are:
You can make an offer to purchase the equipment at a fair market value plus any remaining monthly rental repayment(s) up to 30 days prior to the end of your rental agreement. If so, our Customer Support Agents will be available to discuss this option with you. Please be advised the decision to accept your offer remains at the discretion of Flexirent.
You can return the equipment to us at the end of the agreed rental agreement subject to the guidelines outlined in steps 1 – 3 below.

*If the equipment is not received in the condition as outlined above, you will be required to pay your monthly rental payment until a settlement amount has been agreed to close the account.
Flexirent has decided to cease offering the Flexirent product. We now have a new alternative product called humm. humm is a retail instalment payment plan offering consumers an easy alternative to paying with cash or credit card for goods.
humm is a 100% digital product allowing consumers to apply online using any mobile device and receive a decision in minutes.
If approved for humm, consumers can then use this approval to make purchases across multiple humm Partner Stores.
Apply for hummAlthough the Flexirent option is no longer available, we do have a new 100% digital product called humm, which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over an agreed term.
humm is all about you – you’re in total control. You select the goods; You select the amount; You select the plan; You have full access to your humm account via your very own self-serve portal. You can even pay out your purchase early without any additional fees or charges.
